It is assumed that this unit is PARTS OR NOT WORKING, but please read some comments below from the manufacturing company for more details as to whether this unit is serviceable. ------- This system was built to run the Husky hot runner 695544 (Part name FTLC) a 16 drop 350 series system. If no servo molds are being run on this controller is the controller only being used as a heat controller? - Yes What is the maximum amount of zones being ran on this controller? - 16 zones Also, the monitor is not responding, just a blank screen. The last time a tech came out he said there might have been some loose wiring causing that. This controller can be used as temperature control only controller by replace the existing Matrix1 interface with a new interface. 24 zones of control can be used but the servo section will be completely unusable. With this system being a Gen 1 USE Martix 1 and 9 years old (built in 4/2013) Husky doesnât offer a direct head replacement. The technology in the new controllers will not interface with the older Gen 1 systems. The issue we are seeing is the power supply to this unit and possibly the hard drive starting to fail. To fix this the controller would have to be sent to Husky in Milton VT. This is a special case as the Gen1 USE are the only controllers with older âEBOXâ head units that Husky will rebuild. ------- We have no way of testing the unit, and it is being sold as-is.
