This unit came off of a working unit that was getting upgraded and still functions as it should. The shaft spins freely as the pulley is turned. As you can see in the pictures, the shaft was cut with a torch. I do not know how to remove this shaft as it is inside of a compression fitting buyer would be responsible for removing the shaft.
